Trump Kicks Out 'Sleazebag' Reporter For Asking About Sexual Assault Allegations

Donald Trump’s campaign on Thursday kicked an Associated Press reporter out of a Florida campaign event after he asked whether the GOP presidential nominee had ever committed sexual assault.

Several women came forward Wednesday alleging the New York real estate mogul sexually assaulted them over the years. Trump has denied the charges, calling their allegations a “total fabrication.” In Sunday’s presidential debate with Hillary Clinton, he also denied ever committing sexual assault.

Following a meeting with 35 small-business leaders at the South Florida Fair Expo Center in West Palm Beach, AP’s Jonathan Lemire asked the GOP nominee whether he had in fact ever touched or groped a woman without her consent.

Trump shook his head in disgust, per a campaign pool report, while some participants in the room booed. The campaign then immediately rushed the assembled media out of the room. As the reporters walked into the hallway, Trump remarked, “What a sleazebag.”

Coincidentally, the incident occurred while Michelle Obama was campaigning on behalf of Clinton in New Hampshire. The first lady delivered a remarkable, emotional speech denouncing Trump for boasting of sexual assault.
