You never forget your first Mother’s Day.

After adopting daughter Haley Joy in February, Hoda Kotb has gushed nonstop about her baby girl — and on Friday, the “Today” show host finally brought her bundle of joy into the studio.

After Matt Lauer announced a special Mother’s Day surprise, Kotb’s mother came in from off-screen to hand off baby Haley, who was perfectly sweet in a pink dress and white sweater. (Al Roker helpfully wiped off a little bit of drool on her face.)

“I just want to say something — this is our baby,” Kotb told her co-anchors.

Later, after Lauer handed Haley back to Kotb, the new mom said, “I’m holding my baby on Mother’s Day weekend. I’m so happy.”

When Kotb returned to her “Today” show gig in April, she said that parenthood was “beyond a dream.”
