The World's Biggest Burgers originally published on the Menuism Burger Blog.
Mr. Lew is a high school teacher from Montreal, Quebec. In 2009, after trying Montreal's supposed best burger, he decided to see what else was out there. So, every week, a new burger was added to the Great Burger Search. Since then, Mr. Lew has tried more than 100 burgers in cities across Canada, and hopes to one day expand to the rest of North America. Since Mr. Lew is part Chinese, the search isn't limited only to great burgers, but to other types of cuisine that makes Montreal one of the greatest culinary cities in the world.

I'm far from a vegetarian, but I have a small stomach that can only hold about l2 ounces, which is why I never go to all-you-can-eat buffets (besides, all their foods are full of fat).
It is embarrassing to me that these places exist; it is embarrassing to me that an actual human being (male, overwhelmingly) will try to eat this just to say "I did it, damnit!".
As an ex surgeon, I've seen stomachs so distended by food I'm surprised they didn't burst. As to sustainability, any food grower will tell you that it costs the most growing cattle vs., say, potatoes.
I can understand this 'need' for meat since the poor never got to eat any throughout the centuries, but it's gotta stop now or we will be needing even more cardiac surgeons.
