The most gorgeous days are upon us.
The lounging days of spring, as we dust off our cobwebs and take to the streets of New York to shop. A bevy of Brazilian girls did just that, swinging their Louboutins and giggling down Bleecker Street. Rick Owens once again hits my gallery and at a rooftop event for MCM a new bag is unveiled.
I can't help but pop into the Apple Store in the Meatpacking district to finally touch the hallowed iPad, but geeks don't dress up. I finally found a dapper couple. Crafting his own perfect red sweater is a young man on Broadway. Two Dutch girls love shopping at Barney's and clutch Balenciaga. The dog-loving girl is proud of her rabbit lined jacket, which she dug out of her closet after buying it five years ago.

Craig Kanalley: iPad Review: It Has Only One Flaw
For millions of Americans right now, the unemployed, the hurting, and for those paying back college loans, the iPad's a tease. You're better off waiting.
Disgrasian: Stylites in Beijing: A Street-Style Blog in China
What I love about Stylites is that it tells mini-stories of their lives, what their professions are, what they're shopping for, regular people-stuff that you're not going to hear about on CNN.
Alex Geana: Street Fashion: The First Days of Spring (PHOTOS)
This past weekend was stunning, and taking to the streets of SoHo and all the other neighborhoods of New York to photograph fashion was a joy.
Lousy pictures, shatty clothes, and typically misguided "fashionable" thang in a fur. Which is always ugly.
Nothing speaks style here.
Shame on her! What did those bunnies do to be treated so mean? She's willing to kill bunnies for a coat but considers herself an animal lover?
And shame on whoever included her picture...not my idea of style or pretty.
Disgusting racism.
When i approach people. Most Asian women do not want their picture taken.
(And following in my dad's footsteps late in life, I find myself photographing the "pretty young things" on my downtown streets. As I've said, anyone who hates summer in the South has never seen a young woman in a clingy sun dress and sandals. So maybe I was projecting with regard to your headline!)

See that little Jersey girl in the see-through top
With the pedal pushers, sucking on a lolly-pop
Well I bet she's still a virgin but it's only twenty-five 'til nine
You can see a million of 'em on Heart attack and Vine
