Typos are tough in chyrons. Changing a 't' to a 'w' can make a world of difference, like, say, encouraging drunk driving instead of warning against it. Of course if they were skilled chyron writers in the first place this just would've read Authorities: Don't Let Assholes Behind The Wheel.

Of course, this happened in Louisiana, which may or may not still have drive-through daiquiri "go-cup" stands. It may not have even been a typo.
I remember reading about those in a James Lee Burke novel. Then again, one of the characters in that series referred to the state as "Guatemala North."

Thats a little harsh. Not everyone here is as narrowminded about people north of the Mason-Dixon line.
