Pasta is great year round, but there is something particularly comforting about digging into a hot bowl once the weather starts to change.

In chef Sara Jenkins' new book, The Four Seasons of Pasta, she explores eating pasta at every season, but one of her favorite and most popular recipes is one that definitely fits with the November weather ahead of us.
