Cindy is ok. If she was a democrat, whe would make a fine first lady. Much more sophisticated than Michelle and actually Hillary. I will never understand why Hillary didn't lose weight before she started her campaign. And Michelle don't count.

Of all the bad things about Cindy McCain, the one thing you cant say is that she is ugly or looks bad for her age. I wonder how much work she has had done though. I am sure its a lot. John had work, I understand a face lift accompanied the surgery to remove the large lump he use to have on his neck. And he does look a lot better than he did in previous years, that is for sure. But no matter what you think about her, Cindy McCain does look good for her age. And I am sure she paid top dollar to get those looks too.

I am simply aghast! A HuffPo reporter and a hollywood fashionista talk trash about Cindy McCain and then both try to simultaneously swing from the Obama's collective junk. Who woulda thunk it?

So, Jewel Mayhew reinvented herself after being dragged from that southern mansion? Cool!

Oh, and she's right about Maryvale Cindy.........

Field seemed to relish the question about Ms. McCain. She flatters herself when she compares herself to Cindy. Of course I hate sniping between women, it's so coarse, but she DID bring up the contrast. What if Michelle had a weight problem? Would that have been remarked on? I think not. Cindy looks great, that's probably her natural weight, and she looks lovely. Not to mention the many things she has done through philanthropic works for children. The garish red hair on Field is not cute, and she should get a new look, it's just that no one will tell her. Also, stop smoking, it's unhealthful and ruins your voice. Stick to designing, and leave the carping to the liberals and conservatives as they go at as usual.

A size 0 First Lady? She is not well-- simply put-- she does not look well--

Cindy has to stay thin to keep that hunk of a man. If she doesn't, he'll surely dump her for a younger, thinner, wealthier model. History always repeats itself if you dont do something about it. Since she can't do anything about the aging..she has to get thinner and richer. Both Cindy and Patricia need a new hair color.

Hey say what you want about Cyndi McCain's drug habits her calculated and cynical sniping at Michelle her infidelity and whatever, but, as for her not being one fine looking specimen for a woman her age forget it. She looks trim fit and just plain gorgeous. And for god's sake Patricia Field is in no position to start throwing stones in that particular direction.

I have seen much finer looking women her age (myself included), who definitely do not have her luxury of big bucks, special pampering, etc. I would hardly call her gorgeous.

Logo? Shouldn't that be her trademark?

Not that it matters what I think, but I would prefer the gray hair. It can be very elegant. This is cartoonish. Sorry ma'am.

I am so ashamed of you grandma.

Any clothing designer who promotes fur should be ashamed of themselves. I couldn't care less what Patricia Field has to say, she supports one of the most unnecessary and cruel practices towards animals: the fur trade. She should take a good look in the mirror before dissing anyone else. Pathetic.

I agree. I can't believe all the hubbub given to these people who flaunt their cruelty and inhumanity. If it's so beautiful that you have to kill it, then you need to take a good look at the ugliness inside.
