Whole-hearted living is where we allow ourselves to taste the whole broad spectrum of emotions -- living life. When we live life fully we open up to the capacity for real joy because we live in uncertainty and vulnerability.
Knowing and remembering that we are so capable of being loved, we can do this. It is from this place we can offer deep and utter love, connection and compassion to those who share their humanity with us -- with all it goodness and all its dilemmas. Living whole-heartedly is the ONLY way to transform yourself and those around you and create deep and lasting relationships.
