ALBANY (The Borowitz Report) - In a surprising show of support for their embattled standard-bearer, the New York State Democratic Party today offered Gov. David Paterson an all-expenses-paid trip to SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.
"Having been subjected to nonstop harassment by the media, Governor Paterson deserves much-needed rest," read the official statement from the state party. "To that end, we can think of no better place to send him than SeaWorld."
According to the statement, Gov. Paterson's luxury trip to SeaWorld will include hotel, airfare, and a chauffeur-driven 2010 Toyota Prius. More here.
