Cisco Tops World's Tech Companies as "Most Green" by Greenpeace (video)

In its annual rankings of the world's most eco-friendly companies, Cisco ranked first, knocking IBM from the top spot in last year's rankings.

Greenpeace cited Cisco for its efforts around connected technology and other factors.  You can find overview on today's rankings by Camille Ricketts at VentureBeat's GreenBeat.

The news was released earlier today at the GigaOM green conference in San Francisco.  Here's the story by GreenNet published on The New York Times.

We visited Cisco for a series of interviews about the company's strategies, products, and services.  In this final video, Ken Wirt, VP of Consumer Marketing talks about Cisco's consumer strategy - putting in place information ecosystems, which he calls "consumer experiences."
