We toured the historic Malecon, the sea-side walk, in Esperanza, the sleepy tourist town on the south coast of Vieques, with Glenn Curry, proprietor of Banana's, a bar/restaurant, guest house there. Glenn calls the setting the "perfect tropical harbor."
