Ok, so I'm not a card-carying, raw vegan hippy, yet sometimes I wonder what life would have been like if for the last forty years I had been. This is what my "Woodstock" commemorative breakfast looks like today.
Raw Vegan Woodstock Breakfast Menu
1st course: Fresh Organic Fruits
Preferably organic and locally grown.
Juicing first thing in the morning with a hand juice presser or the old school Champion Juicer.
Sprinkle with raw grated coconut as an added garnish.
2nd course: Dried Fruit Nut Mix
Wait a good half hour after your first course of fresh fruit before having a handful (or two ) of a favorite organic dried fruit nut mix; adding some raw rolled oats or sprouted wheat berries for added protein
3rd course: Manna's Bread with soaked dried apricot "jam"
Have a cool class of raw almond milk handy.
There you have it. Remember Woodstock August 15-18, 1969. Go raw, if only for one meal!
