What is the deal with all these anchorwomen wearing black today for their coverage of the Libby indictments? There was Andrea Mitchell in black. And Norah O'Donnell, too -- having changed from the shiny gray leather coat she had on earlier this morning. Are grand jury indictments usually a formal affair? Were they trying out their Morticia Addams costumes for Halloween? Or were they sending a subtle sartorial "It's mourning in America" message? Color them the "Perjury Widows."

UPDATE: I just saw Rita Cosby in black too!
