Time for the final round of HuffPost's 2011 Game Changers -- the innovators, mavericks, visionaries, and leaders who are changing the way we look at the world and the way we live in it.

So far we've announced our choices in Green, Politics, Media, Style, Food/Travel, Entertainment, Culture, Business/Technology, and Sports.

The current leaders are Green: environmentalist (and Vampire Diaries star) Ian Somerhalder. Politics: Planned Parenthood's Cecile Richards. Media: Al Jazeera. Style: gender-bending model Andrej Pejic. Food/Travel: HomeAway co-founder Brian Sharples. Entertainment: chart topping singer-songwriter Adele. Culture: New York City Ballet soloist Chase Finlay. Business/Technology: crowd-sourcing expert Juliana Rotich. Sports: double-amputee sprinter Oscar Pistorius.

Voting remains open in all categories, so be sure to weigh in.

Today we are announcing the top Game Changers in three more categories: World, Impact/Education, and Healthy Living. Look over the slideshows we've put together giving you the rundown of who we picked, why we picked them, and how they are changing the game. Then vote for the Ultimate Game Changer in each category.

Now that all 12 categories have been presented, we'll announce our Ultimate Game Changers next week, before our Game Changers event Tuesday night (so be sure to check the site for photos and video).

And speaking of the event, I'm happy to announce that Kyle Amber has won a trip to New York to party with our Game Changers next week. Kyle, who was submitted as "a game changer in your life" by HuffPost user lkamber, co-founded Kids That Care, a non-profit that motivates young people to help critically ill children.

So cast your vote: here for World, here for Impact/Education, here for Healthy Living, here for Culture, here for Business/Technology, here for Sports, here for Style, here for Food/Travel, here for Entertainment, here for Green, here for Media, and here for Politics.
