Sunday Roundup

Question of the week: which was met with more derision from critics,or President Bush's proposal to use the National Guard to help secure our border with Mexico? The topper to Bush's proposal was Don Rumsfeld's assertion that putting troops on the border will "provide real-life training" for the National Guard. Real life? Only if those coming across the border looking for a better life start issuing stop-loss orders or using Improvised Explosive Devices. By the way, I was considering writing this post in Greek, but I didn't wantto think I was discouraging national unity. So instead I'll just say: here's the Sunday Roundup.

Question of the week: which was met with more derision from critics, The Da Vinci Code or President Bush's proposal to use the National Guard to help secure our border with Mexico? The topper to Bush's proposal was Don Rumsfeld's assertion that putting troops on the border will "provide real-life training" for the National Guard. Real life?
