With so many people brainwashed that America is the best country in the world, it is unfathomable to most people that there are countries where certain Americans would be better treated and more respected than they are here in the USA. In countries such as Holland where the medical marijuana question has long since been decided, and in Switzerland who have made a cottage industry from Death Tourism aka euthanasia aka Dr assisted suicide, they shake their head and laugh in disgust that the issue of "death panels" is such a big deal.
