Allison Caw is a performing artist, contemplative educator, writer and advocate for the Earth. She earned an MFA in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University and a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of the Arts. She creates original performances that collage dance, song, and poetry. Her writing speaks on the intersections of artistic and spiritual practice, subtle activism, mindfulness and somatic teachings. As a contemplative educator she nurtures relationships with the body, community and the Earth. Her work offers a remembrance of the possibility for personal and collective transformation.
