Visting Fellow, Center for Transatlantic Relations at SAIS, Johns Hopkins University
Angelo Federico Arcelli, PhD is currently a Visting Fellow in the Center for Transatlantic Relations at SAIS – Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC. Previously he has been adviser to the vice president of the European Investment Bank (Luxembourg, 2004-2008) and then adviser in the executive board of the World Bank (Washington, DC, 2008-2009). From 2009 to 2010 he was adviser in the Independent Evaluation Group, part of the World Bank Group. He served as a member in the consultative committee (“osservatorio sulla Convenzione europea”) on the projected EU constitutional treaty in the Italian Ministry of European affairs (Rome, 2003-2004). Federico Arcelli holds a degree in economics (MSc) and a PhD in economic history from from Bocconi University (Milan).
