Anick Supplice Dupuy

Executive Director, PSI/Haiti

Through her work with Population Services International (PSI), Anick Supplice Dupuy focuses on promoting HIV/AIDS prevention, malaria, family planning and maternal and child health through social marketing and communication programs.

In the piece, Dupuy tells the story of the restaveks -- Haitian children forced to work in conditions that can only be described as slavery -- and offers both immediate and long-term solutions to help these children and stem the tide of child slavery. June 12th is World Day Against Child Labor and a great opportunity to run this piece which, while tragic, offers a path forward.
