I am a senior communications consultant at the Kaiser Permanente Institute for Health Policy. My work follows the implementation of the Affordable Care Act along with innovation that enables safer, healthier communities. I also follow issues of quality with a particular emphasis on care that puts individuals and their families at the center of the decision-making process. I hold graduate degrees in communications and writing from the University of Southern California and an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
