Baker Industries is a 501(c) (3) non-profit work rehabilitation program established in 1980, and based in Malvern, PA. Our program serves those with intellectual and physical disabilities, recovering substance abusers, individuals on parole or probation, and the homeless. Through our program, participants perform real work for real customers, and earn real wages. They learn job skills and good work practices to prepare them, if they are able, to get mainstream jobs with benefits and growth opportunities. Baker Industries accepts no government money.
