Ben Rosenfeld is a San Francisco civil rights attorney who specializes in police misconduct civil rights and personal injury cases. He is a joint recipient of the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice’s Trial Attorney of the Year award for successfully sued the FBI and Oakland police for framing environmental activists Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney after a car bomb assassination attempt on them in Oakland in May 1990.
