Blakeley Decktor

Legal Fellow, International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission

Blakeley Decktor is a legal fellow at the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) where she serves as a Program Officer for Documentation and Advocacy. Blakeley received her J.D. from CUNY School of Law in May of 2012 where she worked in the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic. Through her clinic work she collaborated with local grassroots organizations in Guatemala, Colombia and Haiti and worked with International and Regional Human Rights treaty bodies to address human rights violations against women.
