Boris Rubinstein was born and raised in Mexico City and attended Medical School at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He finished training in pediatrics at the Children's Hospital Medical Center in Boston and psychiatry and child psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He has a child and adolescent psychiatry practice in Westchester County and is at the Faculty of the College of Physicians and Surgeon of Columbia University. Dr. Rubinstein is married, has 3 children and 3 grand-children
