Candy Spitz LCSW, PCC, BCC is President of Unlimited Paths, a Career and Life Coaching business that specializes in helping people 40+ design transitions aligned with their values and passions so they live with no regrets. She has helped thousands of people use their strengths to address challenges and make positive changes that lead to personal and professional growth.

Candy knows about re-invention. After 30 years as a licensed psychotherapist and educator, she retired, re-trained, and opened her business as a coach. Candy is in demand to give speeches, classes, and workshops locally, nationally, and virtually on re-careering, aging positively, and life transitioning. She teaches at the college and community level.

As a pioneer and leader in both the Positive Aging and Life Planning movements, Candy lives her passion helping people live theirs. She is the Founder and Past President of the Chesapeake Life Planning Network in Metro Washington DC and on the Executive Board of the Positive Aging Coalition in Fairfax, Virginia.
Candy holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work (MSW) and is licensed in Virginia. She is a graduate of MentorCoach LLC and earned the credentials of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC).
