SC Democratic Party’s Chair
Carol Fowler has served as the SC Democratic Party’s Chair since April 2007. The SC native brings years of political experience to the Party.
She has served as Second Vice Chair to the SCDP since 1988 and has been a member of the Democratic National Committee since 1989. She represents the Southern Regional Caucus on the DNC’s executive committee and is a member and former co-chair of the DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee. Carol is also a former Richland County Democratic Party chair.
