Cassi Baker

Founder, soHza

Cassi Baker founded soHza with her best friend and her sisters in pursuit of leveraging her 20+ years of professional experience with her growing passion of helping empower and support women. Cassi also serves as Vice President of Government Relations for Cardinal Health, sits on the YWCA Board, and volunteers regularly in her community. She has always enjoyed a career with an enrichment component. After completing college, Cassi excelled in several positions making a difference by bridging gaps between the ever-evolving healthcare industry, the world of government relations, and the aspirations of private sector businesses. The founding of soHza has allowed Cassi to focus on enriching the performance of not only the private and public sectors , but also more specifically focus on enriching the lives of women at a local and international level – proving that when a women is at the center of change, anything is possible.

Cassi lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio, with her husband Rich and their two children Harry and Lucy. Their family abides by the motto “To whom much is given, much is expected…” – so when they’re not on a football field or in the gym, you can find them serving in the community.
