Charreah's biggest passion is people. As the Associate Editor of ESSENCE magazine, she manages and creates dating and relationships content for the premiere publication for African-American women. She is a certified family life educator and provides relationship workshops and coaching nationwide.

The award-winning writer has interviewed newsmakers from Spike Lee and Sarah Jessica Parker to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Charreah also speaks on women empowerment, love and relationships, including the 2011 American Society of Journalists and Authors Conference and the 2009 Women + Power Conference, headlined by Gloria Steinem. She hosts live weekly relationship chats on BET.com and is a featured love expert on YourTango

The Atlanta-native serves as a board member for the Journalism and Women’s Symposium (JAWS). Charreah is a graduate of Howard University and lives in Harlem.
