21, 2011). He is Director of Research, Department of Materials Science,
Cambridge University and professor of experimental physics, Royal
Institution in London. He is also the author of
Miracles of Exodus: A
Scientist Reveals the Extraordinary Natural Causes Underlying the Biblical
Miracles (2003), and was awarded a knighthood in 2010 for services to
science.
