Colt Taylor has been at the helm of One if by Land, Two if by Sea for 3 years as the Executive Chef. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Taylor has worked in kitchens from New York to Miami to Los Angeles for some of the most famed Chefs in the industry. He is an advocate of worker’s rights, and a member of the Michael J Fox foundation for Parkinson’s disease.
