University Chaplain and Protestant Campus Minister at Colgate University

The Rev. Dr. Corey MacPherson, D.Min, is the University Chaplain and Protestant Campus Minister at Colgate University. Corey is the founding pastor of North Shore Church in Stony Brook, NY where he served on the federally mandated Institutional Review Board at Stony Brook University Medical Center. Prior to Colgate, Corey served as Vice President for Spiritual Development and Church Relations at Eastern Nazarene College. Corey has written numerous devotionals as well as articles on preaching and servant leadership. He has spoken at University chapel services across the country. A driving agenda for his work is helping keep young adults connected to the church. Corey earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. He currently resides in Hamilton, NY with his wife and two children.
