Dan Kloeffler is a Digital Correspondent based in New York. He reports for ABCNews.com, ABC News Now and Good Morning America Weekend. In addition to his on-air reporting, Dan blogs for ABCNews.com.

Dan has reported on a wide range of topics including the U.S. jobs market, economic and new business growth, celebrity news and advancements in health and fitness. Most recently, he covered the Occupy Wall Street protest in New York and slept on the sidewalk with the protesters.

Prior to joining ABC News, Dan anchored MSNBC’s First Look and NBC’s Early Today. He filed digital reports for Nightly News and covered breaking news for MSNBC. Before joining the network, he was a reporter for WSTM-TV, the NBC affiliate in Syracuse, N.Y. Dan started his career as an assignment editor at WMUR, the ABC affiliate in Manchester, N.H.

Dan was born and raised in Michigan and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in journalism.
