Danielle M. Bennett is a magazine concentrator at Columbia University
Graduate School of Journalism and has previously covered Hackensack, N.J. As
a student at the University of Maryland at College Park, Bennett pursued her
undergraduate and graduate degrees in education while writing and editing for The Black Explosion newspaper. For the last nine years, Bennett has taught high school special education in Bergen County, N.J., specializing in history and Spanish. She is a self-published author and lives in Clifton, N.J., with her husband and daughter.
