Darrin is a nationally-recognized thought leader and a frequent speaker on topics related to minority entrepreneurship. He has served as the Chief Economic Inclusion Advisor at JumpStart, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, since its founding in 2004. He has also served as President of its Inclusion Advisors program since 2008, where he leads the team in creating and implementing solutions to accelerate the growth of high potential minority, female, and inner-city enterpreneurs and their ventures. Prior to his work at JumpStart, Darrin provided strategic consulting to small business clients. He also served in senior management roles with National City Corporation and KeyCorp., leading small business and middle market banking teams in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. Darrin holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College and an undergraduate degree from Mount Union College.
