David Applebaum, founder and principal of David Applebaum Architect takes direct charge of each project, bringing his experience and vision to the entire design and building process. David Applebaum graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1980. He earned a Master of Architecture from UCLA in 1984, where he was awarded Best Thesis Project. Prior to opening his studio, David Applebaum established his credentials and reputation for excellence at the architectural offices of Edward Grenzbach in Los Angeles, Franklin Israel in Los Angeles and Joseph D’Urso in New York City. David Applebaum has been licensed to practice Architecture in the State of California since 1990.
