David Hanrahan

Head of Global HR at Change.org

David Hanrahan is the Head of Global HR at Change.org, where he is focused on building a remarkable workplace comprised of the best Engineering, Product, Business Development, Marketing, Campaigns, and Operations talent. He joins Change.org from Twitter, where he built out various functions within their global HR organization.

After graduate school at the University of Illinois, David began his HR career working with oil industry unions at Shell Oil, specializing in arbitrations, grievances and contract bargaining. From there, David made the leap to the movie industry managing HR at Universal Pictures shortly after their acquisition by GE. The love of movies extended to the love of video games and David then spent four years leading different HR teams at Electronic Arts.
