Founder and Chairman of Digicel

Denis O’Brien is the founder and chairman of Digicel, a global communications provider and the largest private employer in Haiti. He is an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist and devotes his time to humanitarian aid through the Digicel Foundation and other charitable organisations. O’Brien serves on Concern Worldwide’s U.S. Board of Directors and chairs the Ireland Special Olympics’ Council of Patrons. He holds a BA in Politics and History from University College Dublin and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Boston College. O’Brien shares his knowledge of politics and business through his contributions to HuffPost.
