Diana Rodriguez-Zaba launched two ServiceMaster franchises in 2008: ServiceMaster Restore focusing on emergency fire and water restoration and other emergency services; and ServiceMaster Clean, providing specialty cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. Diana was the only Hispanic female to graduate from the first Inaugural class of the Crain’s Leadership Academy. Diana is also a scholarship recipient of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. The Daily Herald Business Ledger presented Diana with its prestigious CFO of the Year award this past summer. She considers being an effective leader as one of her most important accomplishments.
