Founder/CEO/Chairmain, Love Alive International Group

Elder Stacey S. Latimer is the Founder/CEO/Chairman of Love Alive International Group (LAIG), consisting of the LAI Foundation Inc. (LAIF), a faith-based non-profit organization committed to empowering those oppressed by structures, systems, cultures, and traditions that impede their social progress, as indicated by the physical and mental challenges of HIV and AIDS and other health disparities that disproportionately plague the black community. Love Alive International Sanctuary of Praise Worship Center - New York City (LAISP), a non-denominational ministry for all people, of which Elder Latimer is Senior Pastor.

Elder Latimer is a board member of AIDS Center of Queens County. He is Chaplin for New York City Faith in Action, Ecumenical Faith Coordinator for Watchful Eye, Inc., and Treasurer for New York City Justice Alliance. Elder Latimer is a pastoral care representative in the Brooklyn AIDS Task Force. He is active within the New York State Health Department’s Faith Initiative, and former Chair of the MSM committee on the New York State Prevention Planning Group. He has been selected for induction into the New York State Senate 2012 Veteran’s Hall of Fame.
