Fagan Harris

Fagan Harris is a Fellow at Emerson Collective, an organization working with social entrepreneurs and policymakers to advance social reform efforts. Previously, Fagan worked for College Track, an afterschool program working to increase high school and college graduation rates in under-resourced communities. Fagan studied human rights in criminal justice in Ireland as a Mitchell Scholar. He will continue his studies at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. Fagan is a graduate of Stanford University.
