Glenn works closely with CEOs, boards of directors, Fortune 500 companies, technology and healthcare firms, startups, universities, attorneys, athletes, celebrities and individual clients on issues ranging from reputation management and media relations to litigation support and crisis consulting. Following a career spanning three decades as an award-winning investigative editor and reporter, Glenn has provided strategic communications counsel for the past seven years. In that role, he has developed particular expertise in the areas of strategic thinking, creative problem solving and storytelling. Glenn directly works with clients on sensitive issues including extortion, crisis planning, sexual harassment and discrimination, social media attacks, litigation communication and opposition research. During his 22 years at the Los Angeles Times, Glenn served as deputy business editor for entertainment and technology, head of the Washington bureau investigative unit, Congressional correspondent and investigative reporter. He contributed to projects that won two Pulitzer Prizes and the prestigious Goldsmith Prize for Investigative Reporting. He began his journalism career at the San Jose Mercury News after earning his MA in Communication from Stanford University and a BA in journalism from the University of Michigan.
