Hanan Esaili

Journalist, human rights activist, and adventure-seeker

Hanan Esaili graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in convergence journalism and human rights. She has worked at D Magazine and The Liberty Project, but hopes to one day be a Globe Trekker host or work for the United Nations. At SMU, she worked as a news and communications intern with the public affairs office, planned concerts for the SMU community, and was online and nighttime production editor for her school's paper, The Daily Campus. Other works and her blog can be found on her website hcesaili.wordpress.com
