Howard Hall, the director of “Under the Sea 3D” a new IMAX® 3D adventure, specializes in making marine wildlife films. Howard’s career as an underwater natural history film producer, cinematographer, still photographer and writer began in the early 1970s. He has worked on more than 100 underwater film projects. Howard directed the IMAX features “Into the Deep” and “Island of the Sharks.” In 2005, Howard directed and his wife, Michele Hall, produced the IMAX feature “Deep Sea 3D,” a Warner Bros. Pictures/IMAX film. Both “Into the Deep” and “Deep Sea 3D” are among the top five highest grossing IMAX 3D films ever produced by IMAX. He posts on Greenlight, from NRDC's OnEarth magazine.
