Ignacio Sosa

Ignacio Sosa, a native of Cuba, is an executive vice president at a prominent global investment firm based in Southern California. Mr. Sosa’s includes ten years as co-chief investment officer of OneWorld Investments in Boston and twenty years of security trading and sales experience at Bankers Trust and Bank of Boston in Boston, New York, Tokyo and Buenos Aires.

Mr. Sosa has been active in Cuba related issues for many years. He has traveled several times to Cuba for humanitarian purposes and testified twice before the US congress on American policy toward Cuba. Mr. Sosa has written several op-eds and letters on Cuba that have been published in the “Washington Post”, “The New York Times”, “The Wall Street Journal”, “The Financial Times” and “The Miami Herald."

Mr. Sosa and his wife live in Dana Point, California.
