Jack Braunstein

Senior at Cherry Hill East High School

Jack Braunstein is a senior at Cherry Hill East. He is one of the Editor-in-Chiefs of the school nationally regarded newspaper, Eastside, and worked for a year writing swooning album reviews as a staff writer for 365 Albums a Year. Although the majority of Jack’s writing deals with describing and opining on pieces of music, he often questions his self-worth as to why anybody would care what he has to say, and wishes that nobody would ever be effected by someone else’s evaluation of a record and should probably just listen to it for his/herself and form their own opinion. Jack also works as an intern at the Center for Environmental Transformation, a urban farm focused on economic rejuvenation through organic food in Camden, NJ, runs a small scale dog walking business and plays in an okay post-rock band called Pumba.
