Jakub Górnicki, who is 26, joined EP Foundation two years ago. After playing active role in promoting and developing Sejmometr, parliamentary monitoring portal in Poland, he focused on securing funding from Open Society Foundations and Omidyar Network. In 2012 he joined the EPF board and became International Ambassador. His primary focus now is to encourage organisation from other countries to use technology to embrace change.
He is also Implementations Manager for Sourcefabric, organisation devoted to building open source software for professional journalists and publishers. Jakub works with journalists from Georgia, Ghana, Turkey, Yemen and more countries.
