A physician trained in thoracic, vascular, and transplantation surgery, Dr. Bernstein has been CEO of health care companies Noxilizer, Informax, Age Wave and General Health, Inc. Dr. Bernstein was a senior researcher in the laboratory of Jonas Salk and served as Chairman of President Carter’s health policy advisory group.
