Jenna Langer

Jenna Langer is the Director of Community and Strategy at Livefyre, a real-time conversation platform. She has been leading the Livefyre community from the beginning and helps bloggers, publishers, and brands foster their communities across the web. Jenna has converted many users to brand advocates through community engagement and customer service, and continues to grow Livefyre as one of the top 50 networks on the web. She recently spoke at BlogWorld & New Media Expo in a session titled "How to humanize your brand through building community."
