Jim Impoco is the editor-in-chief of Newsweek. Prior to that he was the Executive Editor Thomson Reuters Digital, the Deputy Editor at Conde Nast Portfolio, and the Sunday Business Editor at The New York Times. He covered the rise and fall of the Japanese bubble economy as a foreign correspondent for U.S. News & World Report and as a reporter for The Associated Press. He lives with his wife and children in New York, where he sometimes plays rock shows.
