Jim is a Brand & Innovation Expert, Board Member & Adviser.

He was CEO of Carlson Marketing Worldwide. Jim served as EVP Global Sales & Marketing, DaimlerChrysler where he led Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, Mopar, U.S. Sales, DaimlerChrysler Canada Inc., DaimlerChrysler de Mexico, International Sales & Marketing, Fleet Sales & Remarketing, Customer Relationship Management and e-Business. He was a lead member of the Chrysler Turnaround Team and the New Vehicle Development Executive Committee. Jim joined Chrysler in February 2001 from Ford Motor Company where he was Vice President, Global Marketing, and Board Member, Ford Global Technologies. Previously, he was EVP Sales & Marketing for RJRNabisco, and VP Consumer & Retailing Industries, Booz AllenHamilton.

Jim earned his MBA at Harvard, and majored in Economics at Carleton College.
